Dr. Burke joined Allegheny Brain and Spine Surgeons in 2003 after completing his residency at the University of Pittsburgh. His extensive experience in the treatment of multiple types of spinal disorders and cranial abnormalities make him a leader in Neurosurgery.

Dr. Burke also serves as the Concussion Specialist for many high school and college student athletes. Dr. Burke’s passion is improving the lives of the people in his community where he was raised!
